Since 1970, Blue and White dry cleaners have been a proud member of the local community. In 1948, Harry Janakis set sail to Australia for a better life and opportunities. Harry’s journey led him to Neutral Bay where he firmly planted his roots. 3 generations later, Blue and White remains an integral part of the Neutral Bay community.

The proposed council plan has no parking with direct access to Neutral Bay Village shops. Nor does it increase the number of parking spaces, just moves them underground multiple levels (and you thought finding a park was hard now).
To access your local Neutral Bay Village by car you will need to go underground beneath the underground supermarket and wait for a lift, destroying our village shopping experience and convenience .
The current Council proposal jeopardises many retailers who have been established for over 30 years including Blue & White Dry Cleaners, Priceline Pharmacy, Dymocks, Mr Gordons, Fine Fish, Merrigal Gifts, Olympus Sports, Cosmos Florist and Bakers Delight.
We are all for a community Plaza to replace the current car park, we propose the new plaza must keep the public car parking directly below it and separate to the supermarket parking.
